LuxWash is an on-demand car care and detailing marketplace connecting vehicle owners with independent car care professionals. Throughout these Terms of Use, "LuxWash," "we," "us," and "our" refer to 17119402 Canada Corporation.

2. Purpose of this site

The website at luxwash.co is currently a pre-launch information and early-access waitlist site. Its purpose is to let visitors learn about LuxWash and join the waitlist to be notified when early access opens in their area.

No service is currently sold or bookable through this site. Joining the waitlist does not create a booking, a contract for services, or any right to a specific launch date, price, or outcome, and we do not process payments through this site.

3. Acceptable use

By using this site, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when joining the waitlist.
• Use the site only for its intended purpose: learning about LuxWash and signing up for early access.
• Not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the site or the systems behind it.

When LuxWash launches its on-demand car care marketplace, a separate set of Terms of Service, and separate professional agreements for car care pros, will govern bookings, payments, cancellations, and service delivery. Those terms will be published and presented to you before you use the live marketplace.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time to reflect changes to the site or applicable law. Changes take effect once posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Your continued use of the site after a change is posted means you accept the updated terms.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the laws of Canada applicable in Quebec, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of this site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec.
