1. Purpose
This Policy explains the cookies, storage, and tracking technologies used by the LuxWash app and website (luxwash.co). It supplements our Privacy Policy.
2. The LuxWash app
The app uses no advertising or analytics tracking and no advertising SDKs. It uses: - Sentry for crash and error diagnostics only, with personal identifiers actively scrubbed. - Firebase for authentication, real-time features, and push notifications (not for advertising).
The app does not use third-party advertising cookies or pixels.
3. The LuxWash website
Our website is intentionally low-tracking: - It sets no first-party cookies and uses no localStorage/sessionStorage for tracking. - It runs no analytics or advertising pixels (no Google Analytics, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, or similar). - It serves its web fonts from our own domain (self-hosted), so loading a page makes no third-party font request and transmits no IP address to an outside font host. - Form submissions (waitlist and Service Provider applications) are processed through a Cloudflare Worker and stored in Airtable, with a confirmation email sent via Resend. These are used only to respond to your submission (see the Privacy Policy).
Because the website sets no non-essential cookies, no cookie-consent banner is currently required. If we later add analytics or advertising technologies, we will add a consent banner and update this Policy.
4. Essential vs. non-essential
The limited technologies above are essential to deliver core functionality: security, crash monitoring, authentication, and responding to your form submission. We do not use non-essential tracking or profiling cookies.
5. Your choices
You can control device-level permissions such as notifications in your device settings, and browser storage in your browser settings. Blocking essential technologies may break core features.
6. Changes
We will update this Policy if our use of cookies or tracking changes.
