LuxWash pairs your booking with a car care pro working close to you. Every pro will be background-checked and interviewed before they can accept a booking, so the person who shows up has been screened first.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will be able to follow your pro on a live map and see when they are a few minutes out. No waiting in a car wash line, and no guessing when someone will arrive.
Your pro arrives with their own equipment and handles everything where your car sits, in your driveway or parking spot. You can stay inside and carry on with your day while the work gets done.
When the job is finished, payment runs through the app on the card you have on file. No cash, no tipping pressure at the door, and the total you agreed to up front is the total you pay.
After the booking, you will be able to rate the work and leave feedback. Ratings will help keep quality high and help the next customer book with confidence.
