Booking a car care pro on LuxWash takes a few taps. You choose the service you want, pick a time, and the pro comes to your car. There are two ways to book: choose your own pro, or let the app match you with one.
Choose your pro
If you want to pick who works on your car, this is the path for you.
- Open the app and enter where your car is parked (or use your location).
- Browse the car care pros available in your area. Each profile shows their photo, the services they offer, their prices, and their rating.
- Select a pro, then choose a service from their menu.
- Pick your preferred date and time window, and add your vehicle details.
- Review the booking summary, which shows the service, the pro, the price, and the platform fee.
- Add your payment method and confirm.
Your chosen pro receives the booking and confirms it in the app. If they cannot take it, you are notified and can pick another pro or switch to auto-match.
Auto-match
If you would rather LuxWash do the choosing, use auto-match.
- Enter where your car is parked, then tap "Match me" instead of browsing.
- Choose the type of service you want and your preferred date and time window.
- Add your vehicle details.
- LuxWash assigns an available pro in your area who offers that service.
- Review the summary and confirm.
On the day
Your pro navigates to your car and taps "Arrived" when on site. You get a notification that your car care pro has arrived. When the work is done, the pro marks the service complete and you are asked to rate the experience. You can add a tip for your pro at that point, and one hundred percent of it goes to them.

FAQ
What is the difference between choosing my pro and auto-match?
When you choose your pro, you browse profiles and select the specific person, service, and price yourself. With auto-match, you pick only the service and time, and LuxWash assigns an available pro in your area who offers it. Both paths end at the same booking summary and payment step.
What if my chosen pro cannot take the booking?
You are notified right away. You can pick a different pro from your area or switch to auto-match so the app finds an available one for you.
Can I book for a car that is not at my home?
Yes. You enter wherever your car is parked, whether that is your home, your workplace, or a street or lot. The pro navigates to that location.
What details do I need to provide?
Where your car is parked, the service you want, your preferred date and time window, and your vehicle details. Your payment method is added before you confirm.
When is my pro confirmed?
After you confirm, your card is authorized (held) for the amount and your booking goes to the pro, who accepts it in the app. You're charged after the service is completed. With auto-match, the app assigns an available pro for you.
