You can contact LuxWash support through the app or by email at support@luxwash.co. Tell us what you need and we will help. For a question about a specific booking, include the booking details so we can look into it quickly.
Manage your account
You manage your profile, saved payment method, and notification settings in the app. If you need help with anything in your account, contact support and we will assist.
Delete your account
You can ask us to delete your account and the personal information tied to it at any time. Request deletion in the app account settings, or contact our Privacy Officer at the address below. We keep the information we collect to a minimum, and we do not collect Social Insurance Numbers.
Your privacy and your rights
LuxWash respects Quebec's privacy law (Law 25). You have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, and to have it deleted. Our full Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, and how it is stored.
