What you earn
Early pros lock in our permanent Gold-tier rate, with a permanent floor that stays with your account for as long as that account is open. You request your payout in the app and you are paid by Interac e-Transfer. No invoicing. No chasing. Spots in the first group are limited.
What you need to join
To keep the platform trustworthy for customers and for you, every pro completes a short onboarding:
- Identity and biometric verification with a government photo ID and a matched live selfie.
- A background check that includes a manual review by our team.
- Your own commercial general liability insurance, with a certificate that names LuxWash as an additional insured, or enrolment in the LuxWash Damage Protection Program.
- Your service menu, pricing, bio, and a profile photo.
We do not collect your Social Insurance Number. LuxWash pays a business, and keeping data collection to a minimum is the right approach for your privacy and your independence.

Am I an employee of LuxWash?
No. You are an independent professional running your own business. You set your own prices and choose your own availability. LuxWash is the platform that connects you with customers and handles bookings and payments.
How and when do I get paid?
You request your payout in the app and you are paid by Interac e-Transfer. There is no invoicing and no chasing clients for money.
What does it cost me to be on the platform?
You keep the large majority of your service price. Early pros lock in our permanent Gold-tier rate, with a permanent floor tied to your account for as long as it stays open. The platform fee that supports LuxWash is added to the customer's total, not taken from your earnings.
What do I need to sign up?
Identity and biometric verification, a background check with a manual review, your own commercial general liability insurance naming LuxWash as an additional insured (or enrolment in the LuxWash Damage Protection Program), and your service menu, pricing, bio, and profile photo.
Do you need my Social Insurance Number?
No. LuxWash does not collect Social Insurance Numbers. We pay your business, and we keep the information we collect to a minimum.
